We start from your schedule: the ceremony venue, the reception venue, the guests' hotels, the finishing time. From that we work out the number of vans, the rotation times and the meeting points. The region's reception venues are our regular routes: estates and châteaux around La Rochelle, the Île de Ré, the Marais Poitevin, Rochefort, the Saintonge. For a venue we do not know yet, the driver scouts it beforehand.
Guest shuttles, the number one request
What we are asked for first is shuttles for the guests: taking them to the ceremony and then to the reception, and above all bringing them back to the hotel or the rental at 1, 2 or 3 in the morning, without anyone getting behind the wheel. The vans run in waves between the estate and the hotels, following the rhythm of the evening.
The couple's car, as an option
If you would like a car for the two of you, we include it in the same quote: a Tesla Model Y or a Mercedes V-Class depending on the dress and the number of people on board. The driver, in uniform, waits outside the town hall or the church.
Stag and hen parties
Same principle, different mood: a van for the day or the evening, a driver who waits for you between each stop, and a stress-free ride home. Tell us the plan, we put together a package.
